Initiators are employees who submit ideas or issues through the Inbox. They have no workspace access, no editing rights and do not need a paid seat. Initiators always stay free — no matter how many people in the organisation submit.

A paid user builds dossiers, runs the steps, uses AI support and can approve. On Pro you pay per paid seat (€10 per user per month on annual billing; see the pricing cards).

Yes. Every payment is followed by a VAT-compliant invoice (EU rules). Invoices are sent automatically by email and can also be downloaded from the workspace settings.

Pro is for small teams within one department. Enterprise adds multi-department routing, portfolio overview, SSO, API access and priority support — from 25 seats.

Yes. No minimum on monthly billing. Annual billing comes with a discount versus the monthly rate.
