Initiators are employees who submit ideas or issues through the Inbox. They have no workspace access, no editing rights and do not need a paid seat. Initiators always stay free — no matter how many people in the organisation submit.

A paid user builds dossiers, runs the steps, uses AI support and can approve. On BUSINESS you pay per paid seat (see the pricing cards; promotional €9 per user per month).

Yes. Every payment is followed by a VAT-compliant invoice (EU rules). Invoices are sent automatically by email and can also be downloaded from the workspace settings.

BUSINESS is for small teams within one department. ENTERPRISE adds multi-department routing, portfolio overview, SSO, API access and priority support — from 25 seats.

Yes. No minimum on monthly billing. On annual billing you pay for 10 months per year (2 months free versus paying monthly).

Yes. The Free plan is forever-free for up to 5 users, includes 2 decisions per month and the full 5-step framework, with 250 starter AI credits and 100 MB of storage.
